Frog Face

My two year old boy wanted to have a badge so I wanted to make something different to a flower for him.  I was looking for ideas and thought of  a little frog face. The first attempt was as good as I'd hoped, but hopefully I will be able to improve in time.

More Brooches

I have made a bigger selection of brooches tonight so that I can put some on ebay.  I can do whatever colours people want so if you are interested take a look.

Progress on Brooches

My girls went to school full of enthusiasm about selling brooches for me and both made a sale each in the first day, which they thought was great (especially after I paid them their commission) so tonight I have tried a couple in a new design for them.

New Owl Mobile Phone Sock Designs

I have tried out a couple of new coloured owl phone sock designs today.  I think they are bright and cheerful.

MP3 cases

My daughter asked me to make her an MP3 player case, so I made one for her, and a couple for her school friends as well.  I kept the design simple as I didn't know how long it would be until she lost it!  She has already lost 3 gloves this winter and a hat and even a pair of school trousers!

Brooches

My daughters want to sell some crochet items at school for me, so I have started them off with some little brooches so that they can sell them at cheap prices that the children can afford.

I have also given them some of my early mobile phone socks to sell.

I am still looking for a really good butterfly design, but at least it is recognisable!

I have been working on a whole new range of designs for mobile phone socks to see what is popular.  Here are some examples of the ones I have worked on today:

My children want to try to sell them at school so the monster design is aimed at their male friends.  Would like some more ideas for male orientated designs though.
